Conik Returns & Refunds

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in the original unopened packaging. Contact: hello@conik.store for help with your return.

Returns for unused items are accepted within 14 days of receipt, while damage caused by improper use, such as impacts against walls or nets, is excluded from warranty coverage.
Start date for return policy: from the date of delivery.

Email us at hello@conik.store with your order number and photos of the item or defect.
We will then confirm receipt and timings.
Once authorized, you will receive shipping instructions.
We will arrange for our courier to collect the item/s from you. Once the item/s is/are back to our shop, our team will inspect and confirm that the item is in a saleable condition. The refund (less the courier fee) will then be issued.
Shipping / Courier Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the incorrect product.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Unused: Products must be in “like-new” condition, free of marks, wear, or damage.
Original packaging: Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Padel rackets: can only be returned if the handle plastic wrap is intact, never removed and the racket has not been used on the court. Used Rackets: Rackets showing signs of court use (ball marks, scratches on the frame) are ineligible for return.
Padel overgrips: once an overgrip has been applied or the packaging opened, it cannot be returned. Due to the hygienic nature of padel overgrips, we can only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
No alterations: Items must not have been modified (e.g. an overgrip cannot be applied to a racket, and then removed).

Inspection period: returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved.
Refund Method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Timeline: refunds take 3 – 5 business days.
